Stephen works with leaders across Aotearoa, supporting them to effect meaningful change in their own context, with their own people. He believes it’s possible for leaders to embrace complex change while also honouring people and relationships along the way. Stephen is part of the Leadership Lab national collective and regularly presents keynotes and professional development workshops at schools and conferences around New Zealand. He has a particular expertise in supporting organisations with digital transformation.
