Impress your customers with outstanding customer service.

All interactions with customers and external stakeholders are a form of transaction. This workshop is about keeping customer satisfaction front of mind with the end goal of selling an experience for repeat service. It’s also an opportunity to reflect on difficult customer situations. Our tutor will work alongside your service/sales representative to build personals SMART goals that will complement sales training and ideals for your organisation.

This workshop can be adapted and delivered specifically for your team at our campus or at your workplace. There is no extra fee, however a minimum of six participants is required.
