Dealing with difference: Empathetic Team Management and Conflict Resolution

Learn strategies to manage conflict, increase organisational performance and enhance group outcomes.

With varying personalities, ethnicities and personal beliefs, a good team and office culture can become difficult to sustain. Mishandled conflict can quickly turn into personal dislike, teamwork can break down and talent may be wasted as people disengage from their work and leave.

Learning how to manage conflict is an important skill for anyone who works in a team, deals with customers or has a supervisory role. This workshop will enhance your ability to recognise and address harmful behaviours, so you can avoid the dreaded label of a “toxic workplace”. It can be adapted and delivered specifically for your team at our campus or at your workplace. There is no extra fee, however a minimum of six participants is required.

On completion of this workshop, participants will be eligible to receive one of our digital badges which can be displayed on LinkedIn profiles or in email signatures. Find out more about these badges here: Displaying professional expertise with Ara’s digital badges - Ara
